Head to the "Geocaching Capital of the Midwest"™ for the West Bend $1,000 Cache Ba$h from Friday, August 13 to Saturday August 14.
The West Bend $1000 Cache Ba$h is an annual free family-oriented get-together for geocachers. Organized by the West Bend Chamber of Commerce and local geocachers, the Cache Ba$h is a full weekend of geocaching activities, special events and fun for all ages. With more than 450 caches within a 7-mile radius, there’s no better place in the Midwest for geocaching. See full event schedule.
Thanks to geocachers like you, the event drew more than 850 attendees last year—which qualifies the Ba$h for Geocaching Mega Event status!
This year’s event should be better than ever. Besides the opportunity to socialize with a lot of other geocachers in a great geocaching-friendly city, we will again be giving away $1000 in cash prizes as well as geocoins, geocaching items, and other great prizes. We're also currently planning to hide 50 new permanent caches of varying terrain and difficulty in the West Bend area for you to find!
